I recently had the pleasure of working with Kyler and I can honestly say it was one of the best customer experiences I've had in years—especially in the home improvement world.

From the moment I walked in, the difference was clear: this isn't a big-box chain with disinterested staff. The owner himself greeted me, took the time to actually listen to what I was trying to accomplish and never once tried to upsell me into something more expensive just because it was available.

He walked me through every option with genuine enthusiasm and honesty—pointing out which luxury vinyl planks would hold up best, which hardwood finishes would show scratches the least, and even which click-lock systems are truly beginner-friendly for DIY installation if we went that route. When I mentioned budget concerns, he didn't brush it off; instead he pulled several beautiful samples that saved me hundreds without sacrificing quality.

In an era where so many flooring experiences feel transactional and impersonal, this small business owner treated me like a neighbor, not a sale. The floor looks fantastic and every time I walk on it I remember how stress-free the whole process was.
